Shipping & Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

CHOCOWEAR will accept returns on items purchased from CHOCOWEAR.com that were damaged upon receipt.  Damages include faulty printing on the item.  CHOCOWEAR will also accept returns for items that were different from what was ordered, and, for example, we will accept returns when we send merchandise in a size different from what the customer submitted in their order.  All items will be replaced with the exact same item of the same color.  Customers have 20 days from date of the packaged receipt to notify CHOCOWEAR of a defect or having received the wrong item.  

Please be aware that any returned item for exchange must be in new/unworn condition and free of any damages or signs of wear.  Item/s must include original tags attached to the article of clothing.

Please be sure to use the CHOCOWEAR size charts and confirm color and size choices before confirming the order.  Also, please feel free to reach out to us if you have sizing-related questions or in need assistance.

If an item is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable (for example because an incorrect address provided or a change in address was made before the order was shipped), the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.  Be sure to confirm your mailing address before submitting an order.

Please take notice that CHOCOWEAR is not responsible for post office-related issues including lost/stolen packages and/or incorrect provided shipping addresses.  For example, if your tracking number shows that your package was “successfully delivered”, then it will become the responsibility of you and the post office.
